MEET THE CASTLE TEAM
JOHN COLLETT
Director / DipFA ACSI CeMAP
BIO John grew up in Kent although attended Colfe’s School in Lee, London. His career has always been in the financial industry, working for a number of Banks and reaching the level of Branch Manager.
John studied to become a financial adviser and took the position of Area Manager for a large company, advising clients on more complex financial planning. In 1999 John set up Castle Associates with a couple of colleagues and a few years later John established Castle Financial Services (South East) Limited. John now specialises in Portfolio Design for Investments and Retirement Planning providing Independent Financial Advice for individuals, corporations and trusts for all areas of financial planning. As a result Castle Financial Services (South East) Limited now manages multiple millions of pounds for its clients.
John is married with two children and lives in Wateringbury where he is the local Scout Leader, a role which he has been involved in for this and other groups for three decades. He also manages a team from Wateringbury Football Club, which he has done for over ten years. In the little remaining spare time John enjoys canoeing, hiking and running and since the end of 2018 has started his personal challenge of running a marathon in every European Country. John also enjoys his cars, motor sport, cooking and art.

Elaine has lived most of her life in Kent and has worked for Castle Financial Services (South East) Limited since early 2006. Elaine has the role of Office Manager and ensures the smooth running of the company, looking after the administration and coordinating John’s diary. In her role within Castle Elaine is responsible for the processing of the Investments and the majority of the work behind the scenes involved in maintaining the portfolios.
Elaine is married and lives not too far from the office and enjoys spending her spare time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, although her hobbies have led her to jump out of an aeroplane in the past, fortunately with a parachute.

ELAINE LOWMAN
Office Manager

JENNY HARMAN
Paraplanner
BIO Jenny has lived in Kent all her life, growing up in Ashford, then moving nearer to Tonbridge when she met her husband Lee. Jenny has two children, who keep her very busy. Jenny divides her time between working for Castle Financial Services with supporting her husband in the running of his own business. Jenny joined Castle in June 2016, working alongside Elaine initially as a Financial Support Administrator, Jenny now has the role of Paraplanner and creates and builds the majority of the reports for clients and works with John to ensure the clients have the most efficient plan for their future and that the advice is fully understood.
When she has some spare time, Jenny enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with friends and family.

WENDY COLLETT
Company Secretary
BIO Wendy began her financial career working for a large Building Society and was promoted to various management positions including Assistant Manager for a large branch and ending up as a Senior Underwriter for Mortgages. Wendy went part time in 2000 and began working within Castle Financial Services (SE) Ltd. shortly after that; in 2009 Wendy left the Building Society and has committed more time to Castle in the role of Company Secretary.
Wendy is married with two children and lives in Wateringbury and spends her time split between looking after the family and working at Castle, Wendy often helps out with the local Scout group; having been persuaded to go on many camps by John. Wendy can often be seen on the sidelines supporting Wateringbury football team too. Wendy also enjoys reading and socialising and still spends a great deal of her time visiting friends from around where she grew up in Bromley.
