MEET THE CASTLE TEAM
JOHN COLLETT
Director / DipFA ACSI CeMAP
BIO John grew up in Kent, although he attended Colfe’s School in Lee, London. His career has always been in the financial industry, working for a number of Banks and reaching the level of Branch Manager.

John studied to become a financial adviser and took the position of Area Manager for a large company, advising clients on more complex financial planning. In 1999, John set up Castle Associates with a couple of colleagues, and a couple of years later, John established Castle Financial Services (South East) Limited. John now specialises in Portfolio Design, advising on Investments, Retirement Planning and Inheritance Tax Planning, providing Independent Financial Advice for individuals, corporations and trusts for all areas of financial planning. Over the years, John has built the company into a successful Independent Financial Advice firm with excellent support and help from the team within Castle.
John has two grown-up children and lives in Wateringbury, where he is the local Scout Leader, a role which he has been involved in for this and other groups for over three decades. John is also a keen runner, which he took up back in 2018, and regularly runs marathons all over Europe. In the little remaining spare time, John enjoys canoeing, hiking, and travelling. John also enjoys his cars, motor sport, cooking, and art.

NEIL MOORE
Client Support Officer
BIO Neil has been working in the Financial Industry for over 35 years now and has worked predominantly within the Fund Management Industry covering both onshore and offshore Collective Investment Schemes. Whilst working within the industry Neil has held various Senior Management Roles covering the day to day operational duties of a Fund Management Company and latterly within the Product Development of these groups and the services they provide. Neil joined Castle Financial Services in June 2022 after a short break from his last position as Head of Multi Asset Investment Operations at a large UK Fund Manager. As Client Support Officer at Castle Financial Services Neil’s main duties consist of providing support to the wider team, preparing the model portfolios with John and ensuring our clients have the necessary support they need.​
Outside of work Neil is an avid supporter of many forms of motorsport and on the opposite end of the spectrum the slow pace of working with dogs to improve their focus and attention and assist their owners with training techniques.

JENNY HARMAN
Paraplanner
BIO Jenny has lived in Kent all her life, growing up in Ashford, then moving nearer to Tonbridge when she met her husband Lee. Jenny has two children, who keep her very busy. Jenny divides her time between working for Castle Financial Services with supporting her husband in the running of his own business. Jenny joined Castle in June 2016, working alongside Elaine initially as a Financial Support Administrator, Jenny now has the role of Paraplanner and creates and builds the majority of the reports for clients and works with John to ensure the clients have the most efficient plan for their future and that the advice is fully understood.
When she has some spare time, Jenny enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with friends and family.

HARRY COLLETT
Client Support Officer
BIO Harry has recently completed his exams and has passed level 3 in the (LIBF) London Institute of Banking and Finance, Harry joined Castle Financial Services in August 2025 with the intention to continue with his studies and take further qualifications in Financial Planning which will improve his understanding of the financial world and get experience in the industry whilst working at Castle. Harry intends to work towards his qualifications and in the future would like to work as a Paraplanner and eventually become an Independent Financial Adviser.
Outside of work Harry is a sports fan; watching and playing many different sports. Harry has been playing for his local football team since a very young age. He also grew up loving many different forms of motorsports, giving him a love for cars. Harry also enjoys travelling and spent a lot of the Summer of 2025 travelling all over Europe.
